Josh Levine, founder of Mind Body Soul Fitness, will lead two evenings of breathing and meditation techniques, including mindful hiking, aimless wandering and other ways to connect our senses with the sublimity of nature. Bring water, and dress cool and comfy. Please park outside the gates on Torcido Drive. Gather in the pavilion.
