Take a Nature Break

Science continues to confirm the benefits of nature to the human body, mind, and spirit.  A recent study from Denmark reported on NPR shows that children who spend time in nature have fewer mental health issues as adults. But we know that. Nature is a direct connection to our creator God, who is all goodness and all wholeness.

Join us for a nature break every Tuesday, noon to 1 p.m., for a variety of ways to embrace nature – contemplative walking, meditating, conversation,  journaling, and just being.

On March 6 we will add a 6-week Tai Chi Chih class on Fridays to the mix. Get a free sample of that on Tuesday, Feb 25.

See what’s coming for the next few weeks on our Events page. Everyone is welcome. For more information, email Paula Butt at ptbutt@aol.com, Carla Pineda at carlaleedpineda@gmail.com, or Marjorie George at marjoriegeorge62@gmail.com.
